General Information

Beauty & Spa Snapshot for GHL provides digital GoHighLevel snapshots, beauty & spa automation systems, AI appointment assistants, CRM workflows, funnel templates, and marketing assets designed for salons, spas, medspas, and beauty professionals.

By purchasing, you confirm that you:

Understand and accept these Terms
Will not copy, resell, redistribute, or misuse our digital products

Digital Product Policy

Delivery Timeline
After purchase, you’ll receive instant confirmation. Your Beauty & Spa Snapshot is delivered within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), including a one-click installation link, setup instructions, and documentation.

Product Access
All products are digital and delivered via email. No physical items are shipped.

Lifetime Access
Your purchase includes lifetime access to the snapshot version purchased, along with future updates for that version.

Refund Policy
All sales are final due to the digital nature of our products. No refunds are provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, non-usage, misunderstanding of features, or third-party platform issues.

If you do not receive your snapshot within 1 business day, contact us immediately.

Support Policy

Free Support (Included)
Each purchase includes 15 days of free support starting from delivery. This covers snapshot installation, minor branding updates, basic workflow testing, small content edits, and onboarding guidance.

Paid Support (Optional)
Extended monthly support is available for advanced custom automations, complex workflows, and full beauty & spa system setup.

Free Support Limitations
Free support does not include full system rebuilds, advanced custom workflows, external integrations outside GoHighLevel, full website redesigns, or marketing strategy development.

Intellectual Property

All workflows, funnels, templates, scripts, automations, and digital content remain the exclusive property of Beauty & Spa Snapshot for GHL.

You may not resell, share, distribute, rebrand, upload to marketplaces, or provide these products to other agencies or businesses.

You receive a license to use the product for your own business or your beauty & spa clients only.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the snapshot legally, comply with GoHighLevel messaging rules (including A2P 10DLC), and maintain your own third-party accounts such as Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, and Meta platforms.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect setup, user error, outdated integrations, or third-party platform failures.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost revenue, missed appointments, system downtime, lead loss, business interruption, or indirect damages.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the snapshot.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results such as increased bookings, leads, revenue, or business growth. Results depend on your usage, strategy, market conditions, and effort.

Third-Party Platforms

Our products may integrate with GoHighLevel and other third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, billing issues, policy changes, account suspensions, or compliance requirements of these platforms.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, attempt unauthorized resale, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse our systems.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or small claims court within the U.S.
