Once access is delivered, digital products cannot be returned or refunded.

We guarantee delivery of your Beauty & Spa Snapshot within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

Support Policy (Non-Refundable)

Each purchase includes 15 days of free support, covering snapshot import, basic setup, minor customization, workflow activation, and onboarding guidance.

All support services—free or paid—are non-refundable, even if unused.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, contact us immediately.

We may offer store credit toward another digital product. Cash refunds are not provided.

Product Quality Assurance

All snapshots and digital assets are tested for functionality and compatibility with GoHighLevel.

We are not responsible for issues caused by user misconfiguration or third-party platforms such as Twilio, Mailgun, Stripe, or Meta services.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Submitting a chargeback after receiving your digital product is considered a violation of this policy.

In the event of a dispute, we will provide proof of delivery and revoke access to our products.
